What forms of payments are accepted?

• We accept debit/credit card, paypal, cash app, venmo, zelle, as well as our payment plans through shop pay and afterpay. Once you choose the option you are wanting to use, it will provide you with where to send the payment to. 
• Shop pay installments: Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses."

 

How long does shipping take? 

• All orders get packaged within 7 days and shipped out by first class or priority mail unless UPS is a better option for you on our end to save you some money on a large order. We ship once a week, usually on wednesdays, but days do change once in awhile. Once shipped it takes 1-5 days to arrive to you for domestic shipping and 7-14 days for international shipping. However, we cannot control the post office once shipped, so please consider any delays with the post office, especially during the busy holiday seasons.

 

Do you combine orders?

• We do at times combine orders, however it is not guaranteed. Orders get packaged at random times, but if we get to your order and you have multiple orders that have not been packaged yet, we will combine them for you. In this case, we calculate how much you spent total on shipping and subtract how much it cost us to ship your package. If there is any money left over, we will add it to your account in the form of store credit. 

 

What if an item is out of stock on my order?

• You will receive a refund in the form of store credit on your account. 

 

Can I stack coupon codes for a higher discount?

• Unfortunately no. However, you can stack a gift-card code or store credit along with a coupon code for higher savings. 

 

Do you ever provide coupons or gift-cards as freebies for customers?

• We do have a flash sale once a month for all our customers, and our VIP customers get an extra flash sale a month. We also do a drawing on the 1st of each month for our customers who shopped the previous month, for a chance to win a $100 gift-card to shop on our website. This gift-card is valid for 1 week for you to use online. You may also receive automated coupons sent to your email, but pay close attention to the deadlines as they do expire. 

 

How does the VIP membership work?

• VIP is a one time fee of $25 and you have access to first dibs on new arrivals for the first hour of release, along with an extra flash sale a month. It is an amazing one time investment, especially when we have items that are very limited on availability. 

 

Do your high end brands come with the box?

• Our high end skincare/makeup products as well as bags, etc are not guaranteed to come with a box, and sometimes outer box may have wear/tear depending how it arrives to us, so please keep that in mind.
